You can find Okia Global Private Limited over at 2 N C Dutta Sarani. We are located on the ground floor in Unit No-20. It is a busy building right in the 700001 area of Kolkata. Being on the ground floor is actually really nice because we don't have to deal with the elevators, which are usually broken or stuck anyway. The office is a little on the small side, but we’ve managed to fit our desks and equipment inside without it feeling too cramped. We have several rows of workspace and a big metal shelf that is overflowing with folders and old records we probably should have tossed out years ago. The air conditioning works most of the time, which we are very thankful for during the hot months. We are just a group of people handling global business from this one corner of Kolkata. It sounds more grand than it actually looks when you walk in. We spend most of our time on phone calls or typing out emails. There is always a lot of traffic on N C Dutta Sarani, so there’s a constant background noise of horns and engines. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of people. We are just a small team trying to stay on top of our tasks. We drink a lot of tea to stay focused and try to help each other out when things get busy. It’s a practical workspace for honest work. We just keep things moving along.
