We are based at AV-202 in Mangalam Park, right on 14 Ho Chi Minh Sarani. It’s a famous street, and being here feels like being in the heart of the city’s history. The Mangalam Park building is an older one, and our unit, AV-202, has that specific feel of a place that’s seen a lot of people come and go over the decades. Octagon Software Pvt. Ltd. isn’t some high-tech startup with beanbags and ping-pong tables. We have sturdy wooden desks and chairs that have been around for years. The air conditioning hums a bit too loudly sometimes, but you stop noticing it after the first hour of work. Working on Ho Chi Minh Sarani means we get to see the street life every time we step outside for a quick break. The traffic can be a mess, and the rain can flood the gutters pretty quick, but that’s just life here. We don’t have a marketing team writing stories about us. We are just a group of developers and staff who show up and do the work. The walls in AV-202 are mostly bare, except for a calendar and a few notes taped up near the computers. It’s a no-frills environment where we focus on what’s in front of us. We appreciate being in a place like Mangalam Park because it feels solid and reliable, just like the way we try to handle our daily tasks. It’s just an office, but it’s our office and it works well for what we do.
