Oasys Samadhan Pvt Ltd is located at 47A, Sadananda Road in the Kalighat area. It’s a very old part of the city, and our office is tucked into one of those traditional buildings. The space inside is quite modest. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets, and computers that are always running. We handle various service-related tasks and help people with their paperwork or technical needs. Working in Kalighat means we are surrounded by a lot of history and very busy streets. The office can get a bit noisy because of the trams and the crowds outside, but we’ve learned to work through it. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There are just a handful of us who know each other well. We start the day by going through the files and seeing what needs to be finished. The walls are a bit bare, and the furniture has seen better days, but it serves its purpose. We don't believe in spending much on appearances. Most of our clients are locals who just walk in because they need help with a specific problem. We sit down with them, listen to what they need, and try to figure it out. It’s a very direct way of doing business. Sometimes the internet is slow or the phones ring off the hook, but we just take it one task at a time. It’s a quiet, steady life here on Sadananda Road.
