You can find Nsp Innovaiontech Llp over on Garcha Road in Kolkata. We are on the first floor at 44/4/1/A. It’s a good location because it’s easy for people to get to, but the office itself is pretty modest. We set up as an LLP because it made sense for how we wanted to run things as partners. There’s no big boss breathing down everyone’s neck here. We just divide up the work and get on with it. The office has big windows, which is nice when the weather is good, though we usually have the blinds shut to keep the glare off our monitors. We do various bits of innovation and tech support. It's not the kind of place with a ping-pong table or a lounge. We mostly just sit at our stations and type. Sometimes we talk about the news or what’s happening in the city while we work. The 700019 area is quite lively, so there’s always a good spot nearby for a late lunch. We’ve been at this for a while now. We didn't start with a lot of money or a big plan, just a desire to do our own thing in the tech world. It’s been a learning process, and we make mistakes sometimes, but we always fix them. It’s just a small group of people trying to make a living doing what they know. We like the simplicity of it.
