Our office for Nrxen It Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is on the 2nd floor of the Annex Building at 6, N.S. Road. It’s right inside the Bengal Chamber of Commerce & Industry, which is a pretty old and historic building. Walking up those stairs every day reminds you of how much history is in this city. We do IT work, which usually means staring at screens and trying to figure out why something isn't connecting right. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and coding. We aren't some big tech giant with bean bags and free snacks. It’s just a bunch of us in a room with a lot of cables and computers. Sometimes the air conditioning struggles with the heat, but we keep the fans going. We work with different businesses around the area, helping them get their systems running properly. Technology can be frustrating for people, so we try to take that load off their shoulders. It’s not always easy, especially when there’s a bug we can't find, but we stick with it until it’s fixed. We don't use a lot of buzzwords. We just talk like normal people and explain what’s wrong in plain English. Being in the Bengal Chamber building is nice because it’s central, but it can get quite busy around here. We’re just a small team trying to make technology work better for everyone. Some days are long, but we like solving the puzzles.
