Novusit Innovations Private Limited is found over at 1291 Madurdaha. We are situated on the 1st floor of the building. Madurdaha is one of those areas that is growing really fast, so there’s always some construction noise or new shops opening up nearby. Our focus is on innovations, which basically means we spend our time trying to figure out new ways to make technology work better for people. It’s not always glamorous work. A lot of it is just trial and error until we get things right. The office itself is pretty basic—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of computers. We don't have a dedicated cleaning crew that comes in every hour, so it looks like a real office where people actually work. There are stacks of papers and maybe some dusty boxes in the corner. We aren't interested in sounding like a polished corporate entity. We are just a group of people who are good at IT and decided to start something of our own. The first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for an elevator that might be broken. We just walk in and start our day. We like the energy of Madurdaha. It’s a bit rough around the edges, just like us. We don't make big promises; we just put in the hours and see what we can create. It’s hard work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
