At Novosoft Enterprise Private Limited, we operate out of 166 Sahapur Colony. This is over in the New Alipore side of Kolkata, specifically the 700053 area. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, which makes it a nice, calm place to have an office. We aren't located in one of those huge glass towers; it’s a regular building where you can actually hear the birds sometimes. We deal with enterprise software and tech solutions, which sounds complicated, but we try to keep things simple. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how each other thinks. There’s no big boss culture here; we just sit together and get through the pile of work. The commute through Ps-New Alipore can be a bit of a slog during peak hours, but once we’re inside, it’s all focus. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own coffee, and the smell usually fills the whole place by ten in the morning. We don’t spend money on fancy marketing or big ads. Most people find us because they know someone we’ve helped before. It’s a very grounded way of running a business. We like the Sahapur area because it feels like home, and that’s the kind of environment we try to keep inside our office walls too. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
