We go by the name Not Yet Join and we’re located at 37 Garpar Road in Kolkata. Our pin code is 700009. Garpar Road is a place with a lot of history and we are glad to be a small part of it. Our building is one of those classic Kolkata structures with high ceilings and old windows. It’s not the most modern place in the world, but it has character. We aren’t a big company with hundreds of employees. In fact, there are just a handful of us here most days. We don't have a mission statement or a set of core values printed on the wall. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. Sometimes we argue about whose turn it is to get the tea, but we always get back to work. We like the fact that we can be ourselves here. We don't have to wear uniforms or speak in a certain way to impress anyone. People who come to 37 Garpar Road know they’re going to get an honest interaction. We’ve been here long enough that the local tea stall owner knows our names. We don't want to grow into some giant corporation that loses its soul. We’re happy right where we are, doing what we do, in this specific corner of Kolkata. It’s a good life and a steady job that keeps us going every week.
