Usha Connect Technology Pvt. Ltd. is based out of No. 5 / 5 B. T. Road in the Belgharia area. We have a decent-sized space here because we need room for our equipment and the team. B. T. Road is always moving, so there is a lot of energy around us. We are a private limited company, but we don't act like a big corporate entity. We are just a group of people who are interested in technology and how it connects things. Our office has a lot of monitors and servers humming in the background. It can get a bit warm in the afternoons, so we have a few fans going. We spend a lot of our time on calls or working on technical configurations. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we know how to do. We’ve been in Belgharia for a good stretch now and we feel like part of the neighborhood. People from around here often drop in with questions about their tech setups. We don't have a dedicated sales team. Most of us just wear many hats and do whatever needs to be done that day. Whether it's fixing a connection or planning a new installation, we just take it as it comes. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We aren't looking to change the world, just to keep things working for the people who come to us.
