We’re based out in Bagula Purba Para, working from the home office area of Himadri Sekhar Biswas. It’s a bit different from the big city offices in Kolkata, but it suits us just fine. Being in a place like Bagula means things are a bit slower, which we actually prefer. We deal with infotech stuff, mostly helping people out with their technical problems or setting up systems. It’s a small operation, really just a few of us. We don’t have a big sign out front or a fancy reception desk. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have heard about us through word of mouth. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to wait a bit to get back to work, but that’s just how it is in this part of West Bengal. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or polished pitches. We just do the work that needs doing. It’s honest and it keeps us busy. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and looking at spreadsheets or code. We’ve lived around here for years, so we know the community well. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. We don't need a lot of extra fluff to get the job done. Just some good tools and a bit of patience. It’s a bit of a trek from the main railway station, but the walk is nice when the weather is clear. We spend our evenings just making sure the paperwork is done before we lock up. It’s a simple life but it's ours.
