Nicco Internet Ventures Ltd

Nicco Internet Ventures Ltd is located at 35 Apcavenue, specifically in Flat No 2D in Dumdum. It is a residential building that we converted into a workspace a few years ago. Because it’s a flat, it feels more like a house than an office. We have a small kitchen where we boil water for tea and a living area that is full of desks and wires. Being in Dumdum means we are quite close to the airport, so you can often hear planes flying overhead during the day. The room we work in gets a lot of light from the window, which is nice, but it gets quite warm in the summer months. We have some plants on the windowsill that we sometimes forget to water. Most of our work involves being online all day, so we are pretty quiet for the most part. There is no big company logo on the door, just a small nameplate so people don't get lost. Sometimes the delivery guys get confused because the street names in this part of Kolkata 700030 can be a bit tricky. We don't have a dress code, so most of us just show up in t-shirts and jeans. It’s a relaxed atmosphere where the work is more important than how the office looks. We’ve grown fond of this little flat over the years. It has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rain, but it’s ours.
