We are located over on Gagan Sarkar Road, specifically at 3/G/1M here in Kolkata. It’s a busy enough spot and we’ve been operating Nexgentics It Services Private Limited from this office for a bit now. Honestly, it’s just a group of us who know our way around computers and software. We spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking at code or fixing whatever technical issues popped up for our clients. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we can get the job done without too many distractions. You might miss the entrance if you aren't looking closely, but we like it that way. It keeps things quiet so we can focus. There is always a bit of a rush during the middle of the week, but we manage. We aren't some giant corporation with hundreds of people; we are just a local team trying to do right by the people who hire us. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, like anywhere else in the city, but we just deal with it and keep moving forward. Most of our day is spent on the phone or typing away. We don't really do the whole big presentation thing. If someone needs something fixed or built, they just tell us and we figure out how to make it work. It’s a pretty straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people we help.
