We are located at 24 Deshapriya Park Road in Kalighat. We are right across from the Lake Market and the HDFC Bank, so it is a very easy place to find even if you are not from this part of the city. Being near the market means it is always lively outside. Our shop is a bit of a hub for people needing computer help. We handle everything from basic repairs to selling small parts like mice or cables. We do not have a big corporate team; it is just us doing the work. The space is filled with tools and various bits of hardware we have collected over the years. We spend our days troubleshooting problems and talking to customers about what they need. We are not the type to use big words or try to sell you things you do not need. If something can be fixed, we fix it. If it is time to get a new one, we will tell you that too. It is a practical way of doing things. We see a lot of the same faces coming back whenever they have a tech glitch. It is nice being a part of the Kalighat area. The traffic can be a bit much sometimes, but that is just how it is here. If you are walking past the bank or the market, you can see us. We keep pretty regular hours, though we might close up a bit early if it is a slow day.
