New Microdot Computers

Our place is located at number 8 on Maharani Swarnamoyee Road. We are right near the Taki Girls School, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. This area of Raja Ram Mohan Roy Sarani has a lot of history and the streets are quite narrow and winding. New Microdot Computers is a modest setup. Because we are so close to the school, we see a lot of students and parents passing by every morning and afternoon. It makes the street very lively, though it can get a bit blocked up when school lets out and the rickshaws arrive. Our shop is just a simple room filled with computer towers and monitors. It is a bit dark inside compared to the bright street outside, but it helps when you are staring at computer screens all day. We have been here for years, and the building shows its age a little bit. There is a bit of dampness on the walls during the monsoon season, but we manage just fine. We don't have a big neon sign or anything, just the address. Most people find us through word of mouth from others in the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time just testing different parts and making sure things work right. It is a quiet kind of work in a busy part of the city. We usually keep the door half-open to get some fresh air.
