Netwatch Computer & Services has its home at 5a, M Bhattacharjee Rd. If you know the Shyambazar area, you probably know the street. It’s got that old neighborhood feel to it. We aren't some big chain store with bright lights and pushy sales people. Our shop is just a regular place where we handle computer stuff and various services. It can get pretty cramped in here when we have a few machines taken apart on the benches. Usually, there’s a hum of fans and the smell of solder in the air. We’ve been at this Shyambazar location long enough that the neighbors recognize us. People drop by when their laptops aren't booting or when they need some help with their home office setup. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. The focus is always on the benches and the tools we use. It’s a bit of a walk from the main crossing but not too bad. M Bhattacharjee Rd is a good spot for us. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to clean up the workspace or organize the spare parts bin. We don’t have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just hear about us from someone else in the neighborhood. We just like fixing things and keeping the computers in Shyambazar running as best as we can. It's a simple life here at 5a.
