We've been at 111, Ananda Palit Road in Entally for a while now. It’s a busy area and we've gotten used to the constant noise of traffic outside our windows. We mostly handle computer systems and network things here. It started small. Just a couple of us trying to figure out how to help local people with their office setups and fixing broken machines. There’s a lot of cables, old monitors, and random hardware lying around the office most days. Sometimes it gets a bit messy when we're in the middle of a project or trying to sort out a difficult server issue, but we manage to keep track of it all. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if their internet goes down or they need a router fixed. We don’t really do fancy ads or marketing. Most folks just walk in or call us because they heard about us from someone else nearby. Entally is a good spot for this kind of work, even if parking is a nightmare. We get all kinds of clients, from small shops to slightly bigger offices that have more complicated needs. It’s just us working through the day, drinking a lot of tea while staring at screens. Sometimes things take longer than expected because technology can be stubborn, and we have to explain that to people. We try to be honest about what needs doing. If a machine is too old to fix, we just say so. It saves everyone a lot of time and hassle.
