Behala is a busy part of Kolkata, and that is exactly where you will find us at Netguru Ltd. Our address is 70 1 Bama Charan Roy Road, a place that stays pretty noisy throughout the day. If you are familiar with this side of the city, you know that the traffic on the main roads can be a real headache. Our little office is tucked away, providing a bit of a workspace for our small team. We have a few computers, some sturdy desks, and a lot of shared history in this room. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing. It’s more about having a reliable place to sit down and get the work done. The walls are a bit plain, and the lighting could be better, but it serves its purpose. We spend our time fixing problems and making sure everything runs like it should. Lunch breaks usually mean grabbing something from a nearby stall or eating at our desks while we talk about local news. West Bengal has its own rhythm, and we try to stick to it. We don't have a big corporate handbook. We just rely on what we know and try to be helpful. Sometimes things get hectic, especially when the weather is bad, but we just keep pushing through.
