Net Universal

Net Universal is situated at 81 K.K. Roychowdhry Road. It’s a familiar address for many of the people who live around here. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time, and it has a very lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those modern glass towers you see in the newer parts of the city. Our walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the floor creaks a little when you walk near the back, but it’s our space and we’re comfortable in it. We don't have a big team or a complicated hierarchy. It's just a few of us who know the work well and get along fine. Usually, the day starts with a bit of tidying up before we get into the main tasks. People stop by throughout the afternoon, sometimes just to ask a quick question or drop something off. We don’t put on a show for anyone. We just talk like normal people and explain things the way they are. K.K. Roychowdhry Road can get quite congested during the rush hour, so we often stay a little later to let the traffic die down. It’s a quiet life for the most part, and we like the consistency of it. We know the neighbors, we know the postman, and we know our work. That’s really all there is to it at number 81. We keep a small stove for making tea, which helps during those long rainy afternoons when things are a bit slower. It’s just us doing what we do.
