Neos Innovations Private Limited

We’re situated out in West Pansila, right by the canal side road. It’s a specific spot, P/L-B09/12, in the North 24 Parganas area. Neos Innovations Private Limited is a small outfit. We like being near the canal, it gives us a bit of a view even if it's just water and trees. The office is pretty simple. We have what we need to work and not much else. It’s quiet out here compared to the center of Kolkata, which we actually prefer. We spend a lot of time on our projects, just trying to make things work the way they should. It’s not always easy, but we’re a stubborn bunch. We don't have a big HR department or anything like that. If there's an issue, we just talk it out over a cup of tea. It’s a very informal environment. We don't wear suits or follow a strict corporate schedule. We just make sure the work gets done. Sometimes we stay late because we're on a roll. Other times, we head out early if things are caught up. It’s a practical way to live and work. Being in West Bengal, we deal with the usual power cuts now and then, but we have backups. We just keep moving forward. It’s a decent life here by the canal. We aren't making any big promises, just doing the work every day.
