Neon Developers

Neon Developers is based out of 106, F- Block in New Alipore. This part of Kolkata is usually quite nice, and being in F-Block means we are right in the middle of a residential area. We spend our time thinking about new buildings and how to fix up older spots. The office is just a regular room where we keep our files and meet with people who are interested in what we are doing. New Alipore has a lot of trees and it feels a bit different from the rest of the city. We like working here because it is a bit more relaxed. Our days are filled with talking to contractors and looking at different sites around the block. It’s not a corporate setup with a lot of meetings. It is more about walking the ground and seeing what is possible. Sometimes we just sit and drink tea while looking over the site plans. We have been around this area for a while, so we know which streets are quiet and which ones get busy during the day. People often stop by just to ask what is being built next. We don't have any big marketing plans; we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We just try to build things that fit into the neighborhood.
