We are located at Tapan Kumar Ghorai’s place in Inda Saradapally. It's right near Lalji Panday in Ward Number 3. Nabodoy Agro and Dairy is what we call our small operation. We deal with both farming and some dairy work, so there's always something to do. The morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, because the cows don't wait for anyone. We have a small team of people who help with the milking and the feeding. Then there’s the agro side of things, where we manage the crops. The office part of it is just a desk with a computer and a lot of notebooks. Tapan keeps an eye on the daily logs to make sure we know how much milk is going out and what’s happening in the fields. It’s a messy job sometimes, and you definitely won’t find us wearing suits or fancy clothes. We are usually covered in some kind of dirt or straw by noon. The neighborhood is quiet enough, though there’s always someone passing by the house. We try to keep everything tidy, but with the dairy stuff, it’s a constant battle. We’ve been doing this for a while now and have a routine that works for us. It’s just honest work. We focus on the daily chores and making sure the animals are healthy and the crops are growing like they should. It keeps us busy from dawn till dusk every single day.
