Naama Tea Industries Llp is based up in Siliguri, Darjeeling. We are located at Ruma Sarkar’s place in Sahadargach, Bidhannagar. Being in this part of West Bengal means we are right in the middle of tea country. The address might seem long, but it’s just a local spot where we do our business. We aren't some massive tea estate with thousands of workers. We are a smaller operation, an LLP, and we like it that way. Most of our day is spent looking at tea leaves and managing the processing. The air around here always has that faint smell of tea. It’s a lot of dusty work and checking the bags. We don't have a polished office. Our workspace is filled with sacks and weighing scales. We deal with the local weather, which can be quite rainy. When it pours, we have to make sure everything stays dry. It's a constant worry. We aren't trying to be fancy with our language or our look. We just wear regular clothes and get the work done. Siliguri is a busy hub, and we are just one small part of it. Sometimes the deliveries are delayed because of the mountain roads, but we manage. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the tea packed and sent out to the people who want it. It's just simple, honest work and staying busy every day.
