You can find Msss Aagristar Private Limited on the second floor of 12B Netaji Subhas Road. We are in Room Number 41, which is a smallish space in an old building in the 700001 area of Kolkata. Being in the heart of the city means it is always loud outside with horns honking and people shouting. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time on the computer or writing things down in big registers. It is an agro-based business, so we are always keeping an eye on how things are moving in the market. There are only a few of us here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing papers. The tea man comes by twice a day and that is usually the highlight of the afternoon. We don't have a big corporate structure here. If there is a problem, we just talk it out and fix it right then and there. Sometimes the building elevator is broken and we have to carry everything up by hand, which is not fun. It is a very normal, local office where we just try to keep things organized and make sure the daily tasks are finished. Nothing more to it than that.
