Mongaldeep

Our place is at 72, which used to be known as Old 243, on Kali Bari Road. It is an old building with a lot of character, and we have been here for quite some time. The road outside is usually buzzing with people going to and from the temple or the local markets. Mongaldeep is just a small part of that daily rhythm. Inside, it is a bit more tucked away from the noise. We have been running this as a local business for the neighborhood, and we see the same faces coming by almost every day. It isn't a large operation. We have our stock laid out on the shelves, and there is a small counter where we handle things. The floor creaks a bit and the lighting isn't the brightest, but it feels like home to us. We don't use any fancy systems to track things; we mostly just remember what we have and where it is. If someone comes in looking for something specific, we usually know right where to find it or we tell them when it might be back in stock. We like the pace of life here on Kali Bari Road. It is steady and predictable. We don't have big signs or loud advertisements. People know us because we have been on this street for years. It’s just a simple shop run by regular people who care about their work and their neighbors.
