Mo-Fries Food Products Private Limited is our little company based at 388/2 Upen Banerjee Road. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the people on this street know who we are. Running a food business isn’t always as fun as it sounds. There is a lot of cleaning, a lot of prepping, and a lot of long hours standing on our feet. The building we are in is practical. It’s not the newest place on Upen Banerjee Road, but it has enough room for our equipment. We spend most of our time inside making sure the food products are handled correctly. It gets quite hot in the back when everything is running, but we just open the windows and deal with it. We don't have a fancy marketing person or a social media manager. It’s just us doing the actual work. Some days are harder than others, especially when a machine breaks down or a delivery is late. We just fix what we can and keep moving. We like the independence of having our own place. We don't have a corporate office somewhere else; everything happens right here at 388/2. The neighborhood is decent, and we’ve made some good friends with the other business owners nearby. We aren't trying to change the world, we’re just making food products and trying to earn a living. It’s a simple, honest setup and we’re proud of it.
