We are situated at House Number 31/2399 in the M. H. B. C. colony of Shastry Nagar, right in Yerwada. It’s a busy part of Pune, and our office is right in the middle of a residential block. We have been here for a good amount of time, focusing on our technical work and software development. The space is fairly simple, with desks lined up and plenty of wires running around for the servers. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anyone in a suit waiting to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find us hunched over our monitors, working through whatever project is on the plate for the day. Yerwada is a lively place, so there is always some noise from the street, but we don't mind it much. We have a routine where we start early to beat the heat and try to get the most difficult technical tasks out of the way before lunch. We know the neighbors and they know us, so it feels more like a community than just a business park. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we don't have to deal with long commutes. We just focus on getting the data and the software right, without any big fuss or complicated meetings. It’s a straightforward way to work and it keeps things honest and clear for everyone involved.
