Modetechi Private Limited

We are Modetechi Private Limited. Our office is way up on the 18th floor of Block T3 in the Urbana complex. That is in the Anandapur and Madhurdaha area of the city. Flat 1802 is where we are based. From up here, you can see quite a bit of the surrounding city. It’s a big residential and commercial hub. It feels very different from working in a small house on the ground level. We have to take the lift every time we need something from the shops downstairs. The security at the main gate is quite strict, so not just anyone can walk into the building. We spend our days inside this flat, working on our various projects. It is a quiet place because we are so high up from the street. The wind sometimes whistles against the glass when it rains. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a waiting room. It’s just an office inside a flat where we have our computers and equipment set up. We moved here because it’s a modern spot and everything usually works well. Anandapur has changed a lot lately with all these tall buildings coming up. We are just one small part of it all. We don't do big presentations or anything like that. Most of our communication happens over the internet. It’s a clean and organized way for us to work. We usually stay late to finish things up. The view at night is actually pretty good.
