Modern Cons

Modern Cons is located at 42, New Colony in the Sodpur area. We have been working from this spot for a while now, handling various projects that come our way. It is a decent neighborhood and being at number 42 makes it pretty straightforward for people to locate us when they are driving through the colony. We mostly focus on construction-related tasks or providing materials depending on what the current job requires. The office isn't anything too big or flashy, just a place where we sit down to figure out the plans and talk to anyone who drops by. Sodpur is a busy part of town, but our corner in New Colony stays relatively calm compared to the main roads. We started this because there was a need for local hands who knew the area well. Most of our days are spent checking on sites or dealing with the logistics of getting things moved from one place to another. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do. It is just basic work involving building and managing things. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desks, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We like being part of the Sodpur community and have gotten to know the other shop owners and residents around New Colony quite well over the years. It is a good place to be.
