Our office for Mindscrum Private Limited is located at 41, Hazra Road, right here in the 700019 area of Kolkata. It's a busy part of the city, so there is always something going on outside the windows. We've been here for a bit now, and the daily commute through the traffic is just part of the routine. The building itself is older, which gives it a bit of character, though the stairs can be a pain if you're carrying heavy boxes. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and people working on their laptops. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the paperwork piles up on the corner desks. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or branding. It's more about the work we do day in and day out. At lunch, we usually rotate who goes out to get snacks for the group. Hazra Road has plenty of options, so we never go hungry. The vibe at Mindscrum Private Limited is pretty relaxed. We don't have those long meetings that go nowhere; we just talk across the room when something needs fixing. It’s a practical setup for a small team. Even when the monsoon rains make the street outside a bit of a mess, we’re inside keeping the computers running. It’s not a polished corporate headquarters, just our workspace where we handle the tech stuff. We like being in this part of Kolkata, even with the noise and the constant honking from the cars.
