Mindhighway Technologies Private Limited is located at 197 D H Road. Diamond Harbour Road is a long, busy stretch of pavement, and we are right in the middle of it. Our office is a straightforward place. We don’t have any fancy signs or a big entrance. It’s just a door that leads to where we do our work. Inside, it is usually quite busy. We have desks crammed with computers and notes scribbled on scraps of paper everywhere. The traffic outside is always loud, but we’ve learned to ignore the honking and the noise of the buses passing by. It’s just part of the atmosphere here. We don’t have a lot of room for extra stuff, so every bit of space is used for something practical. There’s a small cupboard where we keep our tea and some biscuits for the afternoon. We aren't trying to be the most stylish office in Kolkata. We just want a place where we can sit down and get things finished. Most of us have been working here for a while, so we know the local shops and where to get the best snacks nearby. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of workspace for people who aren't afraid of a little noise and a lot of hard work. We just show up and do what needs to be done without any extra talk.
