Millano It Solutions Private Limited is based in Flat-4A on the 4th floor of Shuvam Apartment. This is at 10 Pk Guha Road in Kolkata. Since we are in an apartment building, it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We have our desks set up in the different rooms, and the kitchen is always busy with someone making tea or heating up lunch. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but the 4th floor gives us a decent view of the neighborhood. We handle various IT solutions from here, mostly working on software and helping people with their tech problems. It’s not a huge operation, but we have enough people to keep things moving. We tend to lose track of time when we are deep into a project, and before you know it, it’s dark outside. The apartment setting means we have to be mindful of the neighbors, so we don't make too much noise. It’s a comfortable place to work, and it keeps us focused on the tasks rather than corporate politics. We’ve got our servers in one corner and our main workspace in another. It’s a bit crowded with all the wires and spare parts lying around, but we know where everything is. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the work is solid and all the bugs are squashed before we lock up the flat for the night.
