Microtech Solutions

Microtech Solutions is on the ground floor of a building in Bangur Avenue. The address is 264/1, in Block A. It’s a nice enough area and being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to drop off their heavy equipment. We handle all sorts of technical repairs and IT solutions. The shop is basically one big room filled with computers, monitors, and various tools spread out on the benches. It’s not very organized to the eye, but we have our own system. We’ve been in Bangur Avenue for a bit and we know many of the neighbors. We don't go in for big marketing campaigns or anything like that. People just know we are here if their computer starts acting up or if they need a new setup. It’s a straightforward operation. We drink a lot of tea and spend most of the day staring at hardware. Sometimes the ground floor gets a bit of noise from the street, but it’s mostly just people going about their business. We don't have a sales team. If you come in, you’re talking directly to the person who will be fixing your stuff. We try to be fair with our time and just do the work that’s needed. It’s a small, local business and we like keeping it that way without any corporate nonsense. We just focus on the machines and getting them back to the owners.
