You can find Micro Resources Llp over at 25D, Harish Mukherjee Road. We are on the first floor in unit 1E. It is a pretty convenient spot in Kolkata, though parking can be a bit of a nightmare if you aren't careful. The office isn't massive, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We handle various resources and support tasks from this location. Every morning, the team gathers around, we check what needs to be done, and we start working. The first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for an elevator that might be broken. We’ve got our computers set up and files stacked where we can find them. It’s a working office, so don't expect it to look like a showroom. There are usually cables running along the floor and stacks of papers on the desks. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab lunch nearby. Our day-to-day is mostly about solving problems and making sure our clients are getting what they need without any fuss. We aren't interested in being flashy; we just want to do the work right. It’s a bit noisy because Harish Mukherjee Road is a major route, but you get used to the sounds of the horns and the buses after a week or two. We just keep our focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized as much as possible throughout the day.
