Tally Systems And Software

Our office is right near the Chandni Chowk Metro Station, which means it’s always crowded outside. We are up on the third floor of 27A, in Suite 301. It’s an old building, so you have to walk up some narrow stairs that can be a bit of a workout. Once you get inside, it’s a different world from the noise of the market below. We work with Tally and other software systems, so the room is mostly full of computers and the sound of keyboards clicking. It’s not a very big space, and we have wires running along the walls to connect everything. The walls are painted a plain white that’s started to fade over the years. We spend our hours helping people figure out their accounting software or installing updates for local businesses. Because we are in Chandni Chowk, there’s always a bit of a buzz in the air. Sometimes the monkeys from the rooftops jump near the windows and give us a start. We don’t have a fancy lobby; people just walk right into the work area. We usually have a stack of empty tea cups sitting on the corner of the main desk by the afternoon. It’s a practical setup where we focus on the screens and the data. If the Metro is running late, we hear the announcements through the window sometimes. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and even though it’s a climb to get to us, our regulars don't seem to mind.
