Our office is right on the ground floor over at 2/7A Chittaranjan Colony. It’s a pretty quiet spot for the most part, which helps when we need to focus on the work. We’ve been here at Metaarcadia for a bit now, just handling the day-to-day tasks that come with running a small tech company. It’s not a huge setup. We’ve got the basic stuff—computers, some chairs that have seen better days, and a corner where we keep the electric kettle. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with stairs when we’re carrying equipment in. People in the colony know us as the folks who are always hunched over keyboards. We aren't trying to be the next giant corporation. We just want to do decent work and keep the lights on. Sometimes the internet acts up or the rain makes things a bit damp, but that’s just life in the city. We don’t go in for those big mission statements you see on corporate websites. Honestly, we just want to get through our to-do list and make sure things are running right. If someone needs help with a digital project, we look at it and see if we can do it. It’s a simple way of working. Most days involve a lot of typing and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn’t behaving. It’s honest work, even if it’s just bits and bytes. We are just glad to have a steady place to work.
