MEGALINK SHELTERS LLP

We've been at Judges Court Road for a while now. It's just a small office in Arjun Enclave, Flat 4A. Megalink Shelters LLP is basically just us working on building projects around Kolkata. It gets busy here. Usually, someone is on the phone or looking at site plans. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. Just desks and some chairs for when people stop by to talk about their property. Kolkata is a crowded place, so finding the right spot to build takes time. We spend a lot of our days visiting sites and checking on progress. It's hard work, and sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or transport, but that's just how it goes in this business. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to be part of the local housing scene. People come to us when they need a place to live or a project managed. We try to keep things straightforward. No big promises, just getting the job done. Sometimes the office is a bit messy with paperwork, but we know where everything is. If you're near the Alipore area, you've probably passed by our building. It's a quiet street mostly. We like it that way because it lets us focus. Being a local LLP means we handle things ourselves. There isn't some big corporate board making decisions, just us here at the flat.
