Master Dim Sum Llp

We are based in Kolkata, over at Deodar Street. The address is 18/1, on the first floor of the Pushpak building. This part of town is always moving. We make dim sums. It's a lot of folding dough and chopping vegetables. Our hands are usually covered in flour by noon. We aren't a big factory. It’s a small space where we work together. We started because we liked the food ourselves. It’s an LLP, but it feels more like a small family workshop. The 700019 area is where we spend all our time. Sometimes the heat in Kolkata makes the work tough, but we keep the fans going. We don't have a big glossy menu with professional photos. We just make the food and hope people like it. Some days are stressful when there are big orders to fill. We just put our heads down and get to work. We don't have a fancy lobby for customers. It’s mostly just the workspace and some storage. We like the local feel of Deodar Street. There are lots of other businesses around us. We often trade snacks with the neighbors. It’s a community thing. We don't try to be the biggest. We just want to make sure the dim sums are decent every single time. It's honest work and it keeps us out of trouble.
