Masoja Techno Solution Private Limited

We are way up on the 17th floor of block T2 in the Chak Garia area of Kolkata. The building is part of a big complex called 2052, which sounds more modern than it really is once you get inside. It’s a long way up, so we spend a lot of time waiting for the lifts, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to get to their floor at the same time. From our windows, you can see quite a bit of the city, which is nice when we need a break from looking at the code on our screens. The office is basically a flat, number 21703. It feels a bit strange working in a place that could be someone’s living room, but it’s quite common around here. We have wires running across the floor and extra power strips everywhere because we have so many machines plugged in. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we keep the fans going all the time to stay cool. We aren’t a giant firm with a marketing department or a big HR team. We are just a group of people who are good with technology and wanted a place to work together. Most of our day is spent solving technical problems and making sure things are working the way they should. It’s practical work. We don’t have any fancy posters on the walls or corporate slogans. Just desks, computers, and a lot of empty coffee mugs.
