Our office is located at 162/116 Lake Gardens in Kolkata. Lake Gardens is a nice part of town to be in. It has a lot of old houses and big trees that give the streets a bit of character. We are set up in one of the buildings here. It’s a decent-sized space for our team. We have our desks arranged in a way that lets us talk to each other without having to get up. There’s a small kitchenette where we make a lot of coffee and tea throughout the day. The floors are tiled and easy to clean, which is good when it gets muddy outside during the monsoon. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations, just some calendars and a few photos here and there. It’s a comfortable place to work. We spend most of our time here dealing with whatever comes across our desks. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside and we can hear them laughing. It makes the place feel more like a community than just a business district. We are pretty easygoing here. We don't have strict dress codes or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home when it’s finished. It’s a straightforward way to spend the week in West Bengal. It’s nice having the lake nearby for a walk after work is done.
