You can find us at 232/1 on Tiljala Road. It’s a crowded street, always something going on outside the door. We’ve been here at this address for a long time. The space isn't very large, but it fits everything we need for the business. We mainly deal with local supplies and whatever the customers in this part of Kolkata are looking for. Usually, the mornings are the busiest when the deliveries arrive. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. If you come by, you might see us drinking tea or talking to the regulars. We don't bother with fancy displays or big signs. People who live around Tiljala know us by name anyway. The traffic can be a nightmare sometimes, especially in the evenings, but that’s just part of being in this area. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit cluttered when a big shipment comes in. We don't use any complicated systems. We just write things down and make sure people get what they paid for. It’s a small, local enterprise and we are fine with that. No need for anything more complicated. Sometimes the street noise makes it hard to hear the phone, so we just shout a bit louder. That is just how it is around here. We just stay focused on the tasks and get things ready for the next day.
