We operate out of 44A Welllesley Mansion, which is Suit No 3 on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. It’s right near the Park Street area in Kolkata, which as everyone knows, is always packed. Magna Info Services is a place where we spend a lot of time on the phones and looking at resumes. We’re in the middle of a busy commercial district, so there’s always a lot of movement around the office. The building itself has that old Kolkata feel to it—high ceilings and plenty of character. Inside, we have our desks and computers set up for the daily grind of recruitment and IT work. It’s not a shiny glass tower; it’s a functional office where work actually gets done. We handle a lot of different clients, mostly helping them find the right people for their teams. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve been doing this for a while. The team is just a group of regular people who know the industry. We take our lunch breaks at the local spots nearby. It’s a bit crowded in the office sometimes, but we make it work. We aren't interested in sounding corporate. We just like to get the job done right and help people find work. It’s a practical business in a busy part of town. Most of us have worked in this neighborhood for years, so we’re used to the pace and the noise.
