Macrotech India

Macrotech India is tucked away in Phase-III of the Kasba Industrial Estate at P-21. If you know the estate, you know it can be a bit of a maze with all the different phases and blocks, but we’ve been in this particular spot for a while. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing too special, with a heavy metal door that we keep propped open for some air when the machines are running hot. It gets pretty loud in here once everything is powered up, so we usually have to shout a bit to hear each other over the hum. We do a lot of manufacturing work, and the floor is usually covered in metal shavings or bits of packing material. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear your best clothes, that’s for sure. We have a small desk near the front where we keep the invoices and logs, but most of the action happens in the back. The commute into Kasba can be a headache with the traffic, so we all try to get in early before the roads get completely blocked up. Lunch is usually something quick from one of the local stalls nearby, then it’s back to the lathes or whatever else is on the schedule for the day. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist, just us working and making sure the orders go out when they are supposed to. It’s just how we operate.
