Our place is at 32 B, Ganesh Chandra Avenue, right in the heart of Dharmatala. If you know the area, you know how packed and lively it is. Our shop is no different. It’s a small space, and we’ve filled every inch of it with screens, keyboards, and computer components. We’ve been here for a good number of years now. Most of our work involves repairing laptops and putting together custom desktops. A fancy waiting area or a receptionist is not something you'll find here. You just walk in and we talk about whatever tech problem you’re having. It can get pretty noisy with the traffic outside and the fans running inside, but we’re used to it. Corporate talk isn't our thing, and we never try to sell you stuff you don't need. We just look at the machine and tell you what it needs. Sometimes we're backed up with work, so things might take a couple of days. We always try to be upfront about that. It’s a very local, hands-on business. Knowing the other vendors on the street and grabbing tea from the stall nearby makes the day better. It’s a busy, sometimes messy way to work, but it suits us perfectly. We just focus on getting the job done for the people who stop by our little shop.
