Live View is our small business located in Nimta. We’ve been around this neighborhood for quite some time now. Nimta has changed a lot, but we’ve stayed right here. We mostly deal with cameras and monitoring systems, though we keep things simple. It’s a technical field but we try to explain things in plain English to anyone who walks in. Our shop isn’t very big, but we have enough room to show how the equipment works. A lot of our day is spent out on calls, helping people set things up at their homes or shops. It’s not just about selling a box; it’s about making sure it actually works for the person who bought it. We’ve had to learn a lot as technology changes, but the basics of good work remain the same. We aren't a big chain store, just a local spot where you can talk to the person in charge. Sometimes the work is tiring, especially when we have to climb around to fix wiring, but we don't complain. We like being part of the Nimta community. Most of our customers come from word of mouth, which we appreciate. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just focus on doing a decent job so people come back or tell their friends. It’s a practical business run by people who live right here in the area.
