Little Pint Brewing Co. Llp

We are tucked away in New Town, specifically at Plot No. Ab-71 in Action Area I. This part of Kolkata is still growing with new buildings everywhere, but we just stay in our corner doing our thing. The name Little Pint sort of fits because we aren't trying to be some massive industrial plant. We have a smaller setup where we can actually see what is happening in every tank. Most days involve measuring out grain or checking the fermentation levels. It is a lot of math and patience. The concrete floors stay cool, which is nice when the Kolkata sun is hitting the roof. We don't have a big staff, just enough hands to move the heavy bags around and keep the place tidy. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble or the delivery truck gets stuck in New Town traffic, but we handle it. Working in Action Area I means we see the city changing around us while we stay busy with the same old brewing traditions. We like the routine of it. It’s about the smell of hops and the sound of the CO2 lines. We just show up, put on our boots, and get to work until the sun goes down. It’s a simple life focused on making something decent right here in the city.
