Leocub Solutions is located on Maharaja Nanda Kumar Road North. We are at 347/1C in Kolkata. It’s a typical city office. We spend most of our time inside, away from the noise of the street. The space is a bit cramped, but we make it work. We started this company because we had some ideas about how to handle tech solutions differently. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s mostly just us chatting across the room while we work. We don't use a lot of jargon. If something doesn't work, we say so and try a different way. The building has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes has a mind of its own. Most of us live within a short commute, which is nice for Kolkata. We try to keep things simple. We don't have a polished website or big advertisements. We just rely on doing the work properly. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is close, and we usually order some rolls from the shop downstairs. It’s a small team, and we’ve become pretty good friends over the years. We aren't looking to become some global giant. We just want to keep the lights on and do a good job for the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward business for straightforward people here in West Bengal.
