If you ever walk down Lenin Sarani, you will find us at No. 156. We are on the second floor, which keeps us a bit away from the heavy noise of the main road, though you can still hear the trams and the honking all day long. Sri Ganesh Infotech has been operating from this spot for some time. The building is one of those old ones with narrow stairs that everyone has to squeeze through. Our office is just a regular room with desks and a few computers where we sit and work through the list of things people need help with. It gets quite stuffy in the afternoons, especially during the summer months when the sun hits the side of the building. We usually have the windows open, but that brings in the dust from the street. There is a small tea stall just a few doors down where we get our morning break. It’s not a fancy setup here at all. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to stay organized. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down, but we just wait it out and carry on. It’s a very normal way of working in a city like this. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that. People just walk in, we talk about what they need, and we get to it. It’s simple.
