Lengrai Tea Ltd. is based at No-16, Hare Street. It’s an old part of the city and the buildings have a lot of history. Our office is tucked away inside one of those buildings. It isn’t modern by any means, but it has a solid feel to it. We have been here for a long time. The street is usually quite busy during office hours with people rushing around. We just do our thing inside. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep things running. There are stacks of files and boxes around the room because we handle a lot of tea paperwork. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. We don’t have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need to find us usually know the way. We prefer it this way, without all the noise of a big corporate office. Hare Street has its own character and we feel like we fit in. We spend our days talking to suppliers and checking on our stock. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just keep going, day after day. Walking down Hare Street every morning gives you a sense of the history here. We like that our company is part of that, even in a small way.
