We’re based in Flat 902 of Heights 2, over in Uniworld City in New Town. It’s a bit of a different vibe being in a residential complex like this for Legatum Info Systems Private Limited, but it works for what we do. The view from the ninth floor is actually quite good, looking out over the newer parts of Kolkata. We’ve converted the flat into a workspace that fits our needs. It’s quiet here, which helps when we need to concentrate on the technical stuff. There’s enough room for our small team to spread out a bit. We don't have a big sign on the door or anything, since it’s a residential building. Most of our work happens on our laptops and through emails. New Town is quite spread out, so we usually have to drive or take a bus to get anywhere from here. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a handful of us managing the day-to-day operations. We keep our own hours for the most part, as long as the work gets finished on time. It feels more like a home office than a traditional business setup. We try to stay out of the neighbors' way and just go about our business quietly. It’s a decent place to be based and we appreciate the peace and quiet we get while working through our daily list.
