We've been over here on Dumdum Road in Motijheel for a while now. It's a busy spot in Kolkata. Most days we are just busy at our desks working on tech stuff. It’s not fancy or anything, just a regular office where we get things done. Some of us live nearby in North Parganas, so the commute isn't too bad. We started Laxweb Technologies because we wanted to work for ourselves. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power flickers, but that's just how it goes here. We aren't trying to change the world, just keeping the business running and paying the bills. You'll usually find a few tea cups sitting around the office by mid-afternoon. We know the neighbors pretty well. It's a decent area, though the traffic on Dumdum Road can be a real headache during rush hour. We try to leave the office before it gets too packed outside. There's about a handful of us here most days. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks that come in. It’s a simple setup. Nothing too loud or flashy. Just some people from West Bengal doing their jobs. If you walk past, you might not even notice the sign. That's fine by us, we like it quiet enough to focus on the coding and the technical bits we have to fix.
